In order to deliver the best possible system performance and reliability, PrismHR performs periodic System Maintenance. System Maintenance does not include software feature updates or fixes.

All PrismHR accounts are maintained at least once per month.

Your monthly maintenance will occur on Sunday, April 13, from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. ET.

Access to PrismHR, Informer, or the API during the scheduled maintenance period will not be available.

The 2025 Maintenance Schedule is available in the Customer Resource Center.
